As prom approaches, the Monarchs are fluttering with excitement. All you can hear in the always is ”Which dress do you like better?” or ”Which nails should I get?”.

Prom is being held on April 23rd and the anticipation for it continues to build. For the juniors, this is their very first prom at Mercy. Lucy Euteneuer ’23 says, “I’m so excited for prom because I can’t wait to get all dressed up with my friends to take pictures and dance all night”. As we can see, the Monarchs are ready for the night of their lives.

Although prom is quite exciting, it can be stressful as well. Everyone wants to look her best and finding the perfect dress can be critical to that. Abby Mills ’23 comments, “Although dress finding took quite a while, I finally found one and I am so excited to go to prom”. Of course, no matter what these girls wear, all of them will look stunning.
