On Monday, guest speakers Joan E. Huss, Director of Program Services with Catholic Charities Behavioral Mental Health Services, and Jenna Whitaker, Catholic Charities therapist, came to speak to the seniors about stress and how to manage it. They gave a presentation on what stress is, some of the side effects it has, and things students can do to ease their worries. It was a helpful and interesting presentation that I was able to learn a lot from.
