A group of seniors in Strength Training show off their muscles they gained in the class throughout the semester. They also matched their t-shirts to take fun pictures on their last day of working out.

Monday, December 10
Street Law students have a field trip to the Douglas County Department of Corrections from 12:30 to 3 p.m. There are JV and Varsity basketball games vs. South Sioux City at 5:45 and 7:30 p.m. Show Choir, Board Game Club, Pro-Life
It’s that time of the year. Everyone is applying and choosing where they’re going to college. Everything is becoming so real, life is going to change.
It’s hard to imagine going to school next year without some of my closest friends. As a freshman at Mercy I only knew two people.

Elyse Schweikert, a senior at Mercy this year, is working towards the Gold Award, the highest award possible in Girl Scouts. Before earning the Gold Award, you must receive Bronze and Silver Awards, so this shows she is truly on a mission to accomplish this goal. Requirements for this major

It’s a regular schedule with Show Choir, Board Game Club, Walking Club, and Math Club after school. It is also the last day to register (with a late fee) for the December ACT test.

Pictured above is the Mercy Operation Others Core Team before counting and boxing up all the corn that was donated for the canned food drive. Mercy’s goal of 6,000 cans was well exceeded; the students and faculty raised a total of 8,448 cans! Thank you to all who donated!
